Refund policy

Your order will be fulfilled (packed and shipped) in the next 3 to 5 days (Monday to Friday) after your purchase. Once your package is packaged and received by USPS, Kalai Jewelry Pr is not responsible for the package. All claims for missing packages must be made on USPS.COM.

All sales are final, unless the reason for the return is damaged merchandise. The store will require proof of damaged merchandise upon receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or worn, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

In the event of a company-approved return, we have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To initiate a return request, you can contact us at kalaijewelrypr@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we are not doing refunds. If accepted, a store credit may be provided.

Damage and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item is received, so that we can assess the problem and correct it.
